This is how it works:

• 1000hrs Tuesday 4^th July 2022- BHYC Scott's Haven opens for viewing of all wine lots.
• Viewing of all lots is available 1000hrs 1600hrs daily till Saturday 1600hrs
• Members & Guests can place a "silent bid" by completing and depositing their bid in the bid box located in Scott's Haven
• You do not need to attend the event on Saturday to place a bid
• A charity donation via the bar staff can be taken if not attending
• If attending, a charity donation would be appreciated
• The final draw for the highest bidders is at 1700hrs on Saturday at BHYC
• Payment for winning bids can be cash or card at the bar who will issue a receipt
• Present your winner's payment receipt, and collect your bid prize
