    At Brading Haven Yacht Club we welcome all those who would like to learn and improve their sailing and powerboat skills.     Mermaid Gin New Year Race 2022

    Race Report 3rd of January 2022 It was a great turn out of sailors raring to race in the New Year Race, with 24 boats on the start line for the three classes.     Burns Night at Brading Haven Yacht Club

    Boxing Day Race

    Despite the light winds, we had a great turn out of sailors raring to race on Boxing Day. The fast handicap fleet saw Arthur Farley taking the win, followed by Kristian Schafer in 2nd place and Stewart Gummer in 3rd. In the slow handicap we saw Ben Anderson with a great start taking the lead for the whole race coming first, followed by Cadet Alec Ridgwell in second and Andrew Stewart in third.

    Open Icebreakers Series 2022

    At BHYC we are looking forward to the open Icebreakers series, we welcome sailors from other Island Clubs to enter.     Special Visitor

    BHYC has a very special visitor on Sunday lunch time, families and members were all on the patio and then suddenly saw Father Christmas, Elves plus his reindeer coming down the harbour by rib..... The Club was busy, with Sunday lunch and Father Christmas greeted the children and members. It was a great day and fun was had by all.
