Royal Visit
We were delighted to welcome HRH Princess Anne when she visited the Club last Thursday to present certificates and qualifications to National Coast Watch Institution members, which included members of the Club. Cadets Start Racing
These afterschool sailing sessions are designed for those cadets who like to sail more regularly and start racing. The sessions give the cadets time on the water to practice their skills, learn how to get round the course and have the confidence and knowledge to take part in club racing. Scow Coaching is back !
Scow sailors do like some nice weather to go sailing in. So when the hottest day of the year so far dawned the omens were good. We started on the apron with a practical session on rigging Scows. It's been a busy planning week for BHYC Gig Rowing Bembridge with a significant number of new rows added to the May calendar and with more to be added over the coming weeks.
